Whether you're struggling with addiction, carrying the weight of childhood trauma, navigating separation or divorce, grappling with parental challenges, processing grief and loss, or managing anxiety, depression, or anger, you don't have to face these challenges alone. Your journey toward peace and ease begins with a single conversation. We look forward to walking alongside you. While everyone's sessions are different and tailored to individual needs, the framework below shows what may be involved in your counselling process.


The aims of the counselling process will be defined
There will be an in-depth exploration of your issue
There will be a discussion and clarification of the themes identified from your issue
Your goals for counselling will be clearly established
Understanding, trust and rapport will be built between you and your counsellor
A treatment plan will be developed in collaboration with your counsellor
Discover new tools and inner resources while developing the ones you already have
You may be given activities to practice certain coping skills outside of counselling
